SHIPPING
We do not charge tax on any orders from our website.

Currently we only ship to US states. Some of our products can be shipped internationally. Please contact us by email with the product you're interested in and we'll let you know if they are available internationally and the shipping charges.

In-stock items are usually shipped within 48 hours, except items that need personalization which may take 1 - 4 weeks to personalize and ship.

We will notify you if any items are no longer in stock or will be delayed in shipping.

Due to unforeseen circumstance if your order cannot be fulfilled we will refund your card with the full amount charged.

*Surcharges: Some heavier items like furniture and desks may incur a small surcharge. This only involves very few of our products. The range of surcharges is from $5 to $25, depending on weight. If there are any additional charges we will contact you to get your approval before charging your card and before we ship your order.

Normal shipping charges do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Military orders. For shipping quote to these destinations email us at: info@coolstuff4littleones.com. Be sure to include the product you are interested in, your zip code and the zip code where the item is being shipped.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal as methods of payment.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase we accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt; the only exception being any personalized products which are non-refundable. We will refund the purchase price but we cannot refund original shipping charges. If shipping was included with the purchase price the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please e-mail us at info@coolstuff4littleones.com to receive authorization and a return address. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns may be subject to a 15% warehouse restocking fee if the error is not on the part of COOLSTUFF4LITTLEONES.com

For items damaged during shipping to you, contact us immediately for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. We will assume the return shipping charges for defective products. As with all returns, please e-mail us at info@coolstuff4littleones.com to receive authorization, or simply refuse the shipment if the damage is evident at time of delivery.
